Zoe Nikolaidou

Zoe is a graduate of the School of English Language and Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s in Administration from the University of Toulouse I Capitole. She has previous experience from diplomatic missions, European and international organisations and managed large-scale EU projects.

Her constant thirst for knowledge guided her back to the university, where she started another Master’s, at the University of Geneva, with a specialisation in Communications. In 2022, she joined ATLAS Experiment  as Outreach and Communications Officer and six months later she became part of the Education, Communications and Outreach (ECO) Group at CERN.

Among others, Zoe is currently involved in the project management of the opening of CERN’s new education and outreach centre, Science Gateway, CERN’s 70th Anniversary and the Update of the European Strategy for Particle Physics.

Since August 2022, Zoe provides administrative assistance for the IPPOG coordination team. She is in charge of travel arrangements and members registrations, event organisation and logistics management, especially during the CERN-based Collaboration meetings.
