World Wide Data Day

Embark on a global scientific adventure with the LHC World Wide Data Day! This unique event spans 24 hours, from midnight to midnight UTC, inviting high school students worldwide to delve into data analysis from the Large Hadron Collider. Picture this: students collaborating, interpreting findings, and engaging in a continuous 24-hour video conference with physicist moderators stationed across the globe.

Participation is open to high school student teams of any size, each led by an adult supervisor, preferably a physics teacher. However, physicists or university-level physics students can also serve as supervisors. It's a collaborative opportunity to explore the mysteries of particle physics, connecting minds across borders.
